FNP Job Details Specialty: Family Practice, FNP Location: Maricopa County, AZ 85012 FNP Schedule: M-F 8AM-7PM Job : 24-00544 Pay: $110,000-140,000/Yr FNP Job Incentives: Health and Welfare Medical and Vision Three plan options through Healthcare Healthcare Savings Plus w/ HSA: 100% paid by Employer for EHealth and Welfare Medical and Vision , 3 loan repayment options, 403B with up to 5% match, CME/Stipend, Relocation Additional Details: 4 weekdays or 8AM-5PM x5 weekdays with 1 hr lunch (4 10s or 5 8 hour days). 40 hour work week Average 1.8 patients per hour Community Health experience is preferred Full scope Primary Care that MAY include: preventive and therapeutic modalities related to a variety of medical conditions that may include OB/GYN, Pediatric, Internal Medicine, mental health, and nutrition.
