Job SummaryBanner Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized plans of care.Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans of care.
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate care, delegate tasks, and supervise the activities of the healthcare team.
• Evaluate patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other healthcare team members.Requirements
  • Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification.
