    • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required
    • Dysrhythmia Exam required within 24-48hrs prior to acceptance - up to 2 attempts only
    • Pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience required for B3A - Cardiopulmonary Telemetry & Neuro
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience required for B3B - CHF Telemetry
      • Schedule Information
      • Self Scheduling
      • Shifts: 12 hr shifts, 7-7
      • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
      • Holiday Requirements: 2 major holidays, 2 minor depending on contract dates
      • On Call: SB dependent on fluctuating census
      • No standby requirement
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit: B3A - Cardiopulmonary Telemetry & Neuro
        • Unit: B3B - CHF Telemetry
        • # Beds: 30
        • Ratios: 1:3-4
        • Skills required: EKG monitoring
        • Charge Nurse/Supervisor: Yes, without patient assignment
        • PCTs: 1 per every 15 patients
        • RT Equipment: Nasal Cannula, Bipap/Cpap for sleep apnea only
        • Centralized tele monitors. RNs must interpret EKGs
        • Floating Requirements: Yes - to any tele floor
        • Scrub Color/Dress code: Navy
        • Unit Specific Orientation: 2 days on the floor
        • Common Diagnoses: CHF, general Telemetry, Fluid overload, SOB, arrhythmias, ETOH, etc.
          • Additional Details
          • Medical Solutions will prescreen, Auto Offer off of Prescreen Recommendation
          • EOW, first to float; could float to sister facility, Chandler Regional
