• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED

  • All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum 24 months of Cath Lab experience - REQUIRED
    • Travel experience - Preferred
    • No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
    • PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed; Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old); Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old); Certifications (must be active at time of submission); Driver's License
      • Schedule Information
      • All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
      • RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment.
      • Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
        • Additional Details
        • No candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will be considered - please include a copy in submission
        • Banner has a specific cover page that needs to be 100% accurate and have all request noted in the highlights section.
        • Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available.
        • Banner Assesses a 2% payment discount fee and a 2% technology fee on all transactions.
        • Banner has very specific background requirements that must be adhered to and attested to. Please look at the compliance requirements immediately.
